RECCE GROUPINGS

note:
· Each group will be assigned to do recce for all the blocks they are given. And recce is to be done for both extension and non extension blocks. (estimated 45 blocks for recce for each group)
· For recce, within each group, they can split into smaller sub groups to make it more efficient.
· Block structure is compulsory for recce this time. Draw out the structure of the block and the location of the lift and stairs.
· Remember to look out for pick up point as well. maximum 3 blocks to one. Pick up points must be sheltered. It must be located near the carpark for easy loading of items onto the lorry.
· For each area, I already ensured that there is a eating place. However during recce, each group still needs to recce for the most convenient eating place.

* recce will be on either wednesday or thursday, so make sure you are free on both days
* everyone must be clear of what to do during the recce
* group i/cs must plan the recce well. ensure that you find out all information that you might need for the recce
* all info of the blocks and collection pts must be collated on the info-sheet given to the i/cs of each group and group i/cs must return the fully-filled info-sheets to xiaoting immediately after the recce
** everyone, including all new members, are expected to be involved in the recce, flyer distribution and the actual collection of the old items
