***REMINDER

-meeting time is either 10am at bedok reservoir or 930am at bedok MRT.

-attire will be any singlet on Saturday with red shorts & the LONG singlet on Sunday, with red shorts as well.

-rmb to bring any DB paddles and lifejacks you have at home.

-pls bring along the extra foodstuff from National Schools DB if you have & also the new foodstuff ure supposed to buy for this race. this is IMPORTANT to ensure sufficient supplies.

-also bring accelerade, water bottle, windbreaker, study materials, umbrella and any wax or groundsheet if you have.

-during whatever free time you have tmr, pls do your part for the team and go around to collect cans. there will be many around. our team needs money.

-make sure everyone hydrates & gets sufficient rest tonight.
