11.40: end of lessons
11.40-12.30: lunch
12.30-1pm: deposit belongings at the booth and set up the display materials and ergometers
1pm: short briefing at the booth
2-6pm: open day (try to talk to people at ur allocated areas)
6pm: gather back at canoeing booth

note:
-attire is team nj shirt with red shorts. those helping out with the ergos wear long singlet with red shorts. those in the hall wear full grey uniform.
-mobile people are to walk around the whole school and find people to talk to
-there will be a principal's talk at 3-4pm. if u happen to be talking to someone at that time, inform/remind them about the talk but its entirely up to them whether they want to go for the talk.
-sign up sheets will be given to each group along with souvenir cards and paper boats. souvenir cards are given only to people who write down their names and contact numbers. paper boats are for everyone.
-rememeber to bring all the required items tmr. (db paddles, posters, etc.)
-those who have clipboards at home please bring them tmr.
-the main objective of approaching people is to convince them to come to nj. be friendly when appraoching them and don't immediately ask them to join canoeing. just tell them about our team. let them knopw that we will be holding a canoe course next year and see if they are interested.
-team pls take this open day seriously and don't laugh and joke around. everyone is to remain at their allocated positions until 6pm. be responsible for your own behavior as it reflects the discipine of the team.
